The International Fuel Tax Agreement (or IFTA) is an agreement by and among the 48 continental United States and the 10 Canadian provinces to simplify the reporting of fuel use by motor carriers that operate in more than one jurisdiction. Use this section of the Knowledge Base to learn more about IFTA 2.0.

Important:

Whenever a new vehicle is added into the system, the customer must manually associate that vehicle to an appropriate organization that is mapped to a tax account so that the data corresponding to the newly added vehicle also gets accounted for in the computations.
