Receiving Transactions through the External Application Link

This section describes the format of the transactions returned by QTRACS/400 to an external application.

These transactions are placed directly into the input queue of the registered external application.

If the input queue is a data queue, the transactions may be received by calling the OS/400 QRCVDTAQ API. If the input queue is a file, the transactions may be received by calling the QTRACS/400 OMRCVFIL API.
