Web Services User Administration
The Web Services User Administration tab allows you create and modify web services user accounts needed to enable back office integration.
The red arrow indicates a required field. Spaces are not allowed at the beginning or end of any entry.
- Web Services User
- Select a web services user to work with. To create a web services user, select New Web Services User.
- User name
- The ID of up to 50 characters that web services uses to log into the HOS application. Web services user names may be an abbreviation (such as JDOE), or a full name (such as JOHN DOE). You can use periods, apostrophes, and hyphens, but no other special characters. You cannot change a user name after you save it.
- Full name
- The first and last name of a web services user, up to 48 characters.
- Depot name

The default depot appears in this field and no other depot can be selected.
- Password

Type the password for this web services user account. Password rules:

Between eight and thirty-five alphanumeric characters

Case sensitive

Must contain at least one number, one upper case letter, and one lower case letter

Special characters and punctuation marks allowed; quotation marks or brackets cannot be used as the first or last character
- No spaces allowed at the beginning or end of a password; spaces are allowed between characters

- Retype the password.
