Run the Personal Conveyance Report

Generate a report showing driving events during which the driver used the vehicle for personal conveyance.

1. Click the Reports tab.
2. Click Yard Move. The report parameters window opens.
3. Do one of the following:
   • Select By Driver ID to generate a report for a driver.
   • Select by Driver Group to generate a report for a group of drivers.
4. Based on the prior selection, enter the driver ID or select a driver group from the drop-down list.
5. Click the calendar icon to select start and end dates for the report.
6. Select a report format from the drop-down list.
7. Click View Report to generate the report.

Note: Entries listed in red are in violation of your personal conveyance threshold.
