Print Background Colors on Web Pages

By default, background colors and images on web pages will not be visible when you print them. In the Hours of Service application, if you want to print color-coded graphs (for example, Weekly Reports), you must adjust the Internet settings to print background colors and images.

  1. In Internet Explorer, select Tools rt_arrow.gif Internet Options.
  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. Scroll down to printer_icon.gif Printing and check Print background colors and images.
  4. Click Apply, then click OK.
  5. Close Internet Explorer and re-open it to enable changes.
