Run the ERODS Status Report

Use this report to view all ERODS requests made by your drivers from an in-cab device or by host application users.

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Click ERODS Status. The report parameters window opens.
  3. Select by Driver ID or Driver Group and specify the ID ;or group.
  4. Click the calendar icon to select start and end dates for the report.
  5. Filter by Mobile Requests (sent by drivers) or Portal Requests (sent by host application users).
  6. Select a report format from the drop-down list.
  7. Click View Report to run the report.
