Generate Maintenance Items Report

The Maintenance Items report provides a summary of statistics that affect vehicle maintenance. It calculates equivalent preventative maintenance distance, a field that expresses actual distance plus engine idle time as a combined value. Using equivalent preventative maintenance miles to schedule maintenance on your vehicles can result in more accurate scheduling and longer maintenance intervals as idle time is reduced.

The information below your name on the right tells you which assets you are working with based on global group membership. Click the linked text to change your global group filter. Only select, authorized assets are included when you generate a report.
