Generate Reports Automatically

Set up reports that you want to review on a regular basis to generate automatically. Automatically-generated reports are processed 24 hours after an extraction cycle.

To set up or see the reports, you must log in with the user ID specified in Performance Monitoring company settings.

If your company uses global groups, the specified ID may be a restricted user. Restricted users are those whose roles are not enabled to see data for all assets (MISC permission "Can see data for all assets" is not checked). If restricted the auto-generated reports will contain only those assets that are members of the same global groups that the user is a member of.

It is recommended that the user ID specified in Performance Monitoring company settings is an unrestricted user (MISC permission "Can see data for all assets" is checked).

If you receive performance monitoring data by driver, set the Logon Date Range and Sensor Faults reports to generate automatically so you can clear up discrepancies in the data before generating other reports.
