View the Status of a Delivery

You can check the status of a delivery including: which vehicles received it, which vehicles opened it, for which vehicles the file has still not been sent, and for which vehicles the system was unable to send it.

  1. If necessary, click the Deliveries tab to display the Deliveries page.
  2. If necessary, use the Search panel to populate the deliveries list. Highlight the row for the delivery in question.

    Information about the delivery appears in the Status panel (at the bottom of the page).

  3. For a list of vehicles in each status, click the Opened, Unopened, Pending, or Failed links to the right of the pie chart.
  4. To view groups assigned to the delivery, click View Assigned Groups.
  5. To view vehicles assigned to the delivery, click View Assigned Vehicles.
