Media Manager provides a mechanism for sending files (such as PDFs or .WAVs) to one or more vehicles in your fleet.

You can specify:

• the file to send
• the vehicles to receive the file
• when the file will be sent

Together, this and other supporting information constitute a delivery.

You can:

• organize deliveries by category
• save lists of recipients as groups

Media Manager can show you the status of a delivery, including:

• which vehicles received the delivery
• which vehicles opened the delivery
• for which vehicles the attempted delivery failed
