Column	Description
Driver	The driver's last name, first name, [driver ID]
Type	w/Cycle Reset appears if there was a duty cycle reset in the last 8 days from the time the violation began No Cycle Reset appears if there was no duty cycle reset in the last 8 days from the time the violation began
Event time	The date and time the event began
