OHOS-8497

There was an issue in the Event list when an event did not have a CMV Order Number. This issue has been resolved.

OHOS-8325

The FMCSA and CCMTA require a CMV Order # in the ERODS file even when the driver did not login to a vehicle. We have updated the ERODS file to include a CMV Order number for all events even when the driver is not associated with a vehicle that will fall in sequential order as required with ELD requirements.
