Reset System Counters (OMRSTSYS)

API Overview:
The Reset System Counters API (OMRSTSYS) may be called by an external application in order to reset some internal QTRACS system counters. If it becomes apparent that various 'counts' displayed at the QTRACS user interface have become corrupted, then it is necessary to run this program. This will never happen if all database maintenance is performed via the QTRACS API. However, if records are maintained using a DFU or some other site-specific program, then it is quite possible that database integrity will be lost.

This program will reset the following counters:
