Adding Customer Locations

Analytics Manager Landmark Issue

For Landmarks to correspond with the Analytics manager Location Summary the Landmark Type needs to be a “Customer” Type Landmark.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to edit Landmarks and change the type, so you will need to delete Landmarks and recreate them with the type as "customer".

 

To create custom landmarks:

1. From QTRACS, click Landmarks.

2. Select Add new landmark under the Search button

3. In the popup window is displayed to Select the landmark type and Enter a starting location (enter an address or lat/lon), click Submit.

Enter basic landmark information is displayed.

4. Enter landmark name.

Landmark boundaries can also be adjusted.

5. Save.
