Set up steps

Before you begin using the system, you must complete initial configuration. Your Customer Experience Representative (CER) will help you make decisions to use the system effectively. For help while completing tasks, click ? for task specific assistance or Help at the top of the page. There are also links to videos further explaining and demonstrating the processes at the end of each section.

Before you start you need to make sure you have set up all your users in the Customer Portal first. Finally, you will want easy access to information about all your drivers, including their full names and CDL numbers.

There are nine steps involved in the initial setup of QTRACS:
