Forward a Message


Only return messages (those sent from a vehicle) can be forwarded. You must have permission to forward a message to the entire fleet.

  1. Click Messages.
  2. Select the message in the list.
  3. Click Forward above the message text.
  4. To type a recipient ID, click Type recipient ID.
  5. To select the recipient(s), click Lookup.
  6. Type the text to include with the forwarded message.
  7. Complete the settings.
  8. To change the priority, click the default priority and select it from the drop-down list.
  9. When you're finished typing the message, click Send.
