Configure Company Settings

 

  1. Log into the Services Portal.
  2. In the upper right of the screen, hover over Administration and in the drop-down menu, click Administration.
  3. Click Company Settings, then click General Company Settings.
  4. Enter your company-wide information and preferences and click Save.
  5. Click QTRACS.
  6. Review the data retention settings and adjust as needed within the minimum and maximum allowances. The default for position history data retention is 180 days in accordance with FMCSA requirements.
