Understand Driver 0000000000

You may see performance data assigned to driver "0000000000." This occurs when a driver does not log in to the truck. Performance data is assigned to an unknown driver and extracted to driver ID 0000000000.

In the driver record, click the Performance tab on the right. Select a performance record; you can change the driver under Performance Details on the top, left.

If you have a number of these performance records, go to Setup, Administrative Editing. You can search for all unregistered driver records, and correct them or mark them invalid. Invalid records are not included in reports or other metrics.
