Filter and Sort the Driver List
The list on the Drivers tab contains your selected, authorized drivers' reporting data. You can change the sort and filter to view a specific set of drivers. The information below your name on the right tells you which assets you are working with based on global group membership.
- Click Drivers
- To find a specific driver, type the driver ID in the text box at the top of the list and click Search
- To change the sort to list by driver manager, click driver and select driver manager from the drop-down list. Optionally, type a manager ID to list all vehicles for the manager
- Click Search
- To filter the list by driver status, click More options
- Select the type of driver: Registered or Unregistered (listing unregistered drivers helps you identify records that need to be assigned)
- Click Search
The driver list refreshes with selected, authorized drivers that match the search options.
