Credit Insignificant Records

During short periods between drivers logging in (usually less than a minute), insignificant records collect in the unregistered driver ID account. You can discard the insignificant records of a single driver or of all drivers at the same time.

The information below your name on the right tells you which assets you are working with based on global group membership. In the procedure below, the administrative driver account that insignificant records are assigned to must be a member of one of your currently selected global groups.

Click the linked text to change your global group filter. If you cannot assign the administrative account, contact your system administrator to add the administrative driver to one of your global groups.

  1. Click Setup.
  2. Click Administrative Editing.
  3. In the Credit Insignificant Performance Records panel, type the distance and time thresholds that your company considers insignificant.
  4. Click Search.

The number of records that match the thresholds appears.
 5. Type or select the administrative driver account ID (such as TRASHCAN). Click the icon to select the driver.
See Editing records in the Configuration and Administration Guide for information about creating an administrative driver account.
 6. Click Credit.
You see a performance overlap warning if more than one insignificant record is for the same time period.
 7. If you see the warning, click Allow Overlap.
