Host Message Number

Output

Packed(9,0)

API Overview:
The Obtaining a Host Message Number API (OMGETHMN) returns a unique message handle that QTRACS/400 uses to identify each transaction packet that it receives.

The primary use of this API is to enable the customer to uniquely tag a 'forward message submittal' transaction that originates from a 'legacy' custom external application and is sent via QTRACS/400. (All site-specific external applications must call OMCRTMSG instead of formatting and submitting a transaction.)
