New Features
Hours of Service BOT Calculation
Direction from the FMCSA states that when a threshold option is used to determine BOT, the beginning of Drive Time must revert back to when the wheels started moving. As a result, no matter what setting the carrier determines as their “BOT distance threshold,” either the .7 mile default or any other between 0.0 and 2.0 miles, when the threshold is broken the beginning of Drive Time will revert back to when the wheels started moving. This also applies when setting a speed threshold.
Known Issues
Due to the different release schedules for our MCP50, MCP100, MCP110, and MCP200 mobile releases and the next HOS web application (host) release, the possibility exists that the HOS clock may differ between the web application and mobile for our Canadian customers. This was a known issue and will be resolved when the HOS web application (host) was released in June 2015.
