Omnitracs One A10 Hot Fix
Version 10 of Android has increased security protections for users.These increased security measures require the user update permissions for the following applications to ensure that full functionality is not impacted:
- Omnitracs Drive
- Omnitracs Drive Scanning
- Omnitracs Navigation
- Omnitracs HOS Mobile
- Omnitracs Installer
Once this hot fix is installed on a device that is running Android 10 or greater, the driver will receive a prompt to update the system settings in order for the application to run properly.
Important: The driver must update this setting for the Omnitracs application to be completely functional.
Clicking OK opens a screen where the driver can allow the application permission to run on top of other applications.
