AMG-C 4.5.30 Release Notes
Overview
We are pleased to announce that the Omnitracs AMG-C 4.5.30 release is available. This release includes new features, enhancements, and software corrections for the AMG-C device.
New Features and Enhancements
Integration with Bendix Safety Direct systems
The Bendix integration facilitates the capture and transmission of vehicle safety events such as lane departure warning, forward collision warnings, and excessive braking. The connected Bendix and AMG-C devices, transfer data using the AMG-Cs communication capabilities.
Diagnostic (Android 11 on tablet): Link should automatically turn on Location Services when necessary.
The Diagnostic app on the tablet now suggests to the user that they need to manually check and enable location services on their Android device.
