View Performance Matrix

The most basic performance record is a performance matrix that shows the speed in columns and the RPM in rows. Each speed/RPM intersection shows the time the engine ran at that RPM while traveling that speed. The time is shown in hours and minutes, with fractions of minutes rounded to the nearest minute.

You can view the performance matrix online for a driver or vehicle. You can also run a driver or vehicle speed/RPM matrix report. When you open the Vehicles or Drivers pages, the list of selected, authorized assets appears. When you run a report, it includes only selected, authorized assets. The information below your name on the right tells you which assets you are working with based on global group membership.

View a performance matrix for a driver

  1. Click Drivers.
  2. Locate the driver to view in the list and click to select it.
  3. Click the Performance tab in the right panel. The record marked (S) is a summary record.

    All performance data records appear, whether or not the associated vehicle is a member of the global group(s) you are working with.

  4. If desired, change the date range to list performance data.

    If you specify a date range, any record with an end date that is within the range opens, although the record may have begun before the specified start date.

  5. Click the date range of the record to view.

    The Performance Data Details window appears with three panels; Metrics is displayed.

  6. Click the + next to Performance Matrix.
  7. When you're finished viewing the information, click Close.

View a performance matrix for a vehicle

  1. Click Vehicles.
  2. Locate the vehicle to view in the list and click to select it.
  3. Click the Performance tab in the right panel. The record marked (S) is a summary record.

    All performance data records appear, whether or not the associated driver is a member of the global group(s) you are working with.

  4. If desired, change the date range to list performance data.

    If you specify a date range, any record with an end date that is within the range opens, although the record may have begun before the specified start date.

  5. Click the date range of the record to view.

    The Performance Data Details window appears with three panels; Metrics is displayed.

  6. Click the + next to Performance Matrix.
  7. When you're finished viewing the information, click Close.
