The next step is to set up the way the mobile unit captures HOS logs. For most settings, you can leave the default values. It is important that you review these settings and ensure they are configured to meet your company's needs.
With the ELD mandate, some of these fields will not be appropriate to your fleet until all units are utilizing those settings. Take special note of descriptors that mention ELD.
- Click the Administration tab; then click HOS Setup.
- Review the description for each field and configure the options to best meet your company's needs. Consult with your Customer Experience Representative for specific recommendations.
- Once you are done, scroll down and click Save.
- In the pop-up window, confirm your changes and click OK.
