Run the 16-Hour Exemption Usage Report

Generate a report showing passenger rule exceptions that occurred during a specified period.

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Click the Rest Break Exemption Usage report.

    The report parameters window opens.

  3. Choose Select By Driver ID to generate a report for a specific driver, or choose Select by Driver Group to generate a report for a group of drivers.

    The following parameter changes based on your selection.

  4. Enter the driver ID or select a driver group from the drop-down list.
  5. Click the calendar icon to select start and end dates for the report.
  6. Select a report format from the drop-down list.
  7. Click View Report to run the report.

Here is an example of the report:

  • Rest Break Exemption Usage
    The Rest Break Exemption Usage report allows you to see which drivers have requested or been granted the rest break exemption. Users can run this report by date range or by Driver ID/Driver Group.
