Cables and Adapters for the IVG
In this section you´ll learn how to find the appropriate cable for your Omnitracs IVG device and vehicle combination.
Note: This site does not offer cables for purchase. Instead, use this site as a reference guide for selecting the correct cable based on your vehicle.
Follow the step-by-step instructions below to get the information you need to order the cable through our U.S. and Canada customer service and support channels.
- Go to the Omnitracs Cable Selector website for IVG.
Important Note: Do not select the Uncheck All button. Only use this option if you need to clear your selection and start over.
- Begin filtering by selecting your truck's manufacturer from the displayed list. Once you do this, the available cable options from that manufacturer will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
- Refine your search by selecting your truck year. The available cable options will be displayed at the bottom on the screen. To select the correct cable, verify that the connector type in the truck matches the connector type of the cable in the picture.
- To verify your choice, select one of the cable head images. A window appears containing important information you´ll need to place an order or to contact support if you need further assistance. Make sure to write down the cable type and part number.
- Make sure the port in your truck matches the picture on the right before purchasing any product. After you have verified your selection, contact the Customer Portal support email address that applies to your country. If you cannot find the correct cable, call Omnitracs Customer Support in your country for assistance.
