Using the Offered Load function in Sylectus, drivers can receive the details of an offered load through the app and be able to respond directly.
Drivers receive a notification when a new load has been offered to them. Selecting the Offered tab on My Loads displays the existing offers. Please note that the offered loads will expire after a certain period. The time window can be customized by the back office (Corporate Defaults > Load Posting). The time window can go from 15 minutes up to 120 hours (5 days).
The driver can tap the Accept or Decline button on the order to send the appropriate message back to dispatch (the Fleet Messaging screen). Once the load has been accepted, dispatch will need to assign the load to the driver so the order will appear in the Active section.
