My Day Planner

My Day Planner lets you select the options the driver can perform on the My Day Planner screen when working in Drive.

Allow Driver to ACTIVATE planned Trips - check to have the Activate option display on the Trip menu. An active trip has a status of Dispatched. This option is only available for inactive or paused trips.

Allow Driver to ABANDON active Trips - check to have the Abandon option display on the Trip menu. An abandoned trip is removed from the mobile device.

Allow Driver to PAUSE active Trips - check to have the Pause option display on the Trip menu. This option is only available for an active trip.

Allow Driver to RESET active Trips - check to have the Reset option display on the Trip menu. This option is only available prior to the first task of the first stop being completed.

Allow Driver to REJECT inactive Trips - check to have the Reject option display on the Trip menu. When the driver rejects a trip, it is removed from the mobile device. This option is only available for inactive trips.

Allow Driver to Request Load - provides a button on the My Day Planner screen for the driver to request a load.

Allow Driver to Manually Complete Incomplete Trips - check to allow the driver to change an incomplete trip's status to complete. The trip will be removed from the device.

Allow Driver to only Activate the next Trip based on sequence or scheduled start date/time order - Check to restrict the driver from activating any trip other than the trip that is next in the trip sequence or has the nearest scheduled start date/time.

Allow Driver to Skip Stops - Select the stop types that drivers are able to skip. 

Allow Driver to see Completed Trips & Stops - check to show previously completed trips and stops on the My Day Planner screen. Completed trips will display for the number of hours configured in the Completed Trip & Expiry (hours) field.

Completed Trip & Expiry (Hours) - Enter the number of hours a completed trip will display on the My Day Planner screen. Allow Driver to see Completed Trips & Stops uses this value to determine how long to display completed trips and stops. 

Disable Distance Calculation on Trip Header - check to not show the distance for the trip on the trip header in Drive.
